Brandon (Kevin Julio), a young budding actor, insults Nenek Gayung. Since then she haunts him. Frightened, Brandon comes to Boim (Yadi Sembako) and Abas (Joe Richard) who have dealt with Nenek Gayung before.
Off they go to find Mbah Dukun Bolot. From him, they know how to release oneself from Nenek Gayung’s malediction, which is by taking a bath from seven wells using the dipper of Nenek Gayung. However, it’s much easier said than done. After they manage to steal Nenek Gayung’s dipper from the grave, she chases them with rage.
